Planning you can discuss
AI-assisted planning and illustrative before-and-after previews help make proposed changes understandable. A preview illustrates a proposal; it is not a predicted result.
Imaging when indicated
Low-dose 3D CBCT is available when clinically indicated for the individual. Imaging and records are arranged as indicated, not promised as an included part of a request.
Progress communication
Smartphone and iPhone monitoring is standard with braces and aligner plans to support clinical progress review. It supports communication alongside clinical assessment.
Flags for team review
Remote review can flag broken brackets or nontracking aligners. The clinical team evaluates what needs attention; a flag is not a diagnosis.
Access to support
Provider-support contact access is available 24/7. Contact access is different from an immediate response or emergency treatment.
In-house aligner fabrication
In-house 3D-printed aligners and same-day aligner or retainer options are available through individual arrangements.
Doctor-led course correction
Home course-correction shipments and doctor-led Rescue aligner care for prior treatment are individually prescribed and arranged.
Custom bracket options
Custom 3D-printed bracket options use separate off-site manufacture, distinct from in-house aligner fabrication.
Individually prescribed systems
Invisalign®, OrthoFX®, AirFlex™ and nighttime options are available when individually prescribed. Availability does not select a system or wear schedule for you.
Included retainers and whitening
Fixed and removable retainers plus whitening are included, with the scope and individual arrangements confirmed in your written proposal.
A separate colour goal
At-home and in-office whitening options are available. Suitability and individual arrangements are confirmed separately; whitening concerns tooth colour.
Keep the purpose of each conversation clear
These orthodontic capabilities do not establish posterior-intrusion, periodontal, implant or restorative services or acceptance of a particular case. Responsible dental teams make dental and restorative decisions. A study of molar position does not select an appliance or a correction for an individual.
What supports the explanation
The article connects an established opposing molar position with a separately supplied replacement-space target at the same site. It draws on the authors' background and discussion, while keeping their positional endpoint distinct from remaining restorative clearance. The small descriptive sample did not establish individual prediction or a successful correction.
The study's scope
Source context: this explanation draws on author background and discussion in a 2022 retrospective study at one Chinese hospital. It included 59 adults with 68 unopposed molars, all with periodontitis, seeking implant rehabilitation; their actual ages were 30–78. This was not a treatment comparison or a measurement of remaining restorative clearance.
